All customers can access exciting offers on the Primera app. Exclusive member-only offers are unlocked when an account is created. Customers can even opt in to receive offer alerts when they’re near a store.

Customers love playing the scratch-to-win game on the Primera app. Users can play once every 24 hours for the chance to win points and prizes. It’s a gamified element that supercharges retention. This is engaging loyalty at its best.
