What you'll do
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be working with our clients on all aspects of loyalty marketing.
You’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, creative concepts, and highly personalised cross-channel customer journeys.
You’ll be responsible for the management and implementation of loyalty programs and/or marketing campaigns, as well as having an important commercial and project management role in relationship management.
Your goal is to create happy and satisfied customers, and you’ll do that by developing strong expertise in customer loyalty, as well as account and project management.
Requirements
HBO or university degree, preferably in Business or Economics
Fluency in English and Dutch
Basic understanding of IT – technology is a big part of our workplace culture
A customer-first mindset: always striving to go above and beyond to make clients happy
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to be a convincing sparring partner for clients
Strong listening skills: ability to understand client needs, and offer relevant services
Project management skills and accuracy
Excellent writing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to establish and maintain business contacts
Self-starter attitude with leadership qualities
